Come and increase your strength
and flexibility and experience the benefits Yoga can add to your
life! Our instructor, Kirsti Schermerhorn is a certified Yoga
instructor and has been studying Vinyasa Yoga and the breath for
nine years. The cost is $7 per class and classes meet in Room
308. Drop ins are welcome. Wear comfortable clothing for easy
movement. Bring a mat and have fun!

Beginner/Gentle
Yoga is for all age groups. It moves at a slower pace and
yoga pose alignment is a focus for the class. The benefits of
yoga are many. It gently stretches, removes tension and opens
up the body. It also focuses the mind and teaches the practitioner
to use the breath as a tool for relaxing the body.
